NEXOS One – automated insole design by your rules

The foot defines the shape. Not the blank.

NEXOS One automates custom CAD design. For your insole care. For your manufacturing.

The third way

Until now there was nothing between the blank and CAD. Now there is NEXOS One.

Until now every case meant deciding against something: a prefabricated blank – fast but less individual, or individual only with a lot of manual grinding. CAD – truly individual, but much more effort. That decision is gone. NEXOS One delivers custom insoles without manual work and without high design effort – every time.

How it works

Four steps from consultation to finished insole – three of them run without your involvement.

  1. Consultation in NEXOS Fit

Scan, patient history, prescription – all recorded in one pass with the patient.

  2. Automated design

Models for heel spur or metatarsal pad are placed automatically, the forefoot–rearfoot ratio is taken from the scan and soft zones are set with CUBIX technology – by your stored rules.

  3. in Expert CAD

    Check and release

You see the design before manufacturing and can change it.

  4. or

    Manufacturing

On your milling machine (NEXOS One Mill) or the CUBIX 3D printer (NEXOS One Print).

From our pilot businesses

What we measured

In our pilot businesses, 8 out of 10 designs went through without rework. The rest were corrected in CAD, typically at the metatarsal pad, in 1 minute.

Frequently asked questions

What orthopaedic technicians ask first

Yes – every individual design proposal must be released by your expert and can be changed in CAD.

The next step

Bring a case

We design it with NEXOS One and compare the result with yours. You see on your own case what runs automatically and what stays with the CAD designer.
