Frequently asked questions about insole milling machines

Is your question missing? Write to us and we will answer with your business in mind.

Which milling machine suits my volume?

For small workshops, GT Rocky or GP M253 are suitable. From medium volumes the GT JOE 3 pays off, and for series production the GT JOE 8 or GT JOE 10, because they mill up to 8 or 10 pairs in one run.

Do I need an extraction system?

Every milling machine comes prepared for connection to an extraction system as standard (Ø 60–100 mm, depending on the model). As an accessory we offer the Delfin cyclone extraction, which removes milling dust by vacuum.

Can the milling machine be connected to NEXOS?

Yes. Milling jobs come straight from the software and appear automatically in the workshop.

Can I finance it?

Yes, we work with MMV Leasing.

Can I also mill die-cut blanks?

Yes, we can fix and mill plate material, die-cut blanks and also the ARUCut models from Ruckgaber.
